Megan Workman discovered her passion for the New Orleans housing market through the process of helping friends and friends of friends search for rentals around town. After she found, purchased, and renovated her first home in the Riverbend neighborhood of the city, her passion grew into hunting for residential real estate. Thanks to a Master's Degree in Art History from Tulane University, and her work as a professional home stager/organizer at The Occasional Wife New Orleans, Megan has developed a keen eye for design and discovering the potential of homes that need renovation. Megan's own home was recently featured on the national design blog, Apartment Therapy. Megan especially enjoys working with people new to the city, helping them find the right neighborhood for their needs – based on the city's unique traits and dynamic qualities.
